June 9th - 14th IREM ARM® (Accredited Residential Manager®) Designation Course

The RES201 course and ARM exam is offered in one week-long (5 ½-day) classroom session. Students will be motivated by a highly qualified instructor trained in facilitated learning, and will have the opportunity to interact with and learn from each other as well as from the formal presentations. Pricing: The tuition for a non IREM member will be $725 for one-week session. In addition, the ARM application fee is $75. First Come First Serve! Only 2 Spaces Left! All CAA members are automatically TAA (Tennessee Apartment Association) members and can take courses at the TAA/GNAA office in Nashville. The Greater Nashville Apartment Association is offering a full schedule of seminars and NAA designation courses, such as CAM®, NALP®, CAS® and CAMT II® in 2008. GNAA will also offer a HVAC certification course, fair housing classes, a tax credit seminar, marketing seminars, and much more. Member prices will be offered to CAA members. For a complete list of courses and registration forms, please visit the GNAA web site at www.nashvilleaptasn.org/education.htm. CAA members must complete the course registration form and mail it with full payment to the GNAA office at 2 International Plaza, Suite 201, Nashville, TN 37217 at least 3 weeks prior to the start date of the course.
